Have you seen these?

Self Feeders!
They are great. You can put just about anything in the mesh compartment and give them to your baby without the fear of choking! Today we put some slightly cooked apples in one and gave it to Mr. Palmer. What a treat. It was like candy! He loved it and couldn't get enough. He sucked all the juice out and was a little upset when it ran out. All through it I was practicing 'more' (in sign language) when he would set the feeder down and then give him the feeder again.
PS-Thanks Robert and Rebekah for getting these for Palmer. We all love them!

Oh my heck I LOVED these things. So did my boys. It is such a great idea to introduce different tastes.
What a cute little guy!

Teagan still loves his...it is a life saver, especially when they're teething. Teag is a fan of the frozen fruit!

About the car seat. I weighed Teag and realized he was 20 lbs and that was the weight limit on his carseat so I started looking for a new carseat. They all have weight limits on them so I got one that was 20-40 lbs. I think that in general the babes are supposed to be about 20 lbs before they face forward in the car.

Wal-mart had a TON of different carseats with varrying weight limits, I think it completely depends on the carseat you pick.

He loves it now and it is much easier to hand him toys and snacks and play peek-a-boo!

I can't believe how old and big Palmer is getting! It is crazy how fast they change!

We LOVED these. They are so nice! I'm glad that Palmer is loving them too. Now Sasha is old enough, that I don't use them anymore. I just cut up whatever she eats into small pieces and she'll pick it up and eat it.

Palmer looks like he is really enjoying his apples. Do you know where I could purchase some? I think this is something I would love to try with Olivia when she is old enough.

Too bad we don't live closer together but at least we can keep in touch with our blogs. Take care.

This has nothing to do with this post, but I am sooo curious about how the cloth diapering is going! How many do you have...and is it enough? I think I'm finally ready to take the plunge and do it. Let me know! :)
